The OptiCount provides reliable, accurate, vision-based information for all seed types by capturing the physical properties of each seed sample.

The OptiCount begins with an immediate and verifiable count-per-pound that is image based. More importantly – the size and shape of every seed in the sample is captured and measured using the latest advances in imaging technology. This allows us to quantify variability within the sample including, split and oblong content in soys, flats/rounds estimates in corn or thins content in wheat. The OptiCount is able to provide better overall management of the seed cleaning process.
